Hey, I'm Ash!

When I first started, I was charging around $35 an hour, struggling with boundaries and dealing with unpredictable income. In reality, I hadn’t built a business yet, I’d built myself a freelance job.

And with young kids at home and only so many hours in the day, I’d already hit my ceiling. Everything changed when I stopped thinking like a freelancer and started thinking like a business owner.

I restructured my services.
Moved away from hourly pricing.
Put simple systems in place.
And started building something that could actually support my life.

Fast forward nine years and I’ve proudly built a multi six-figure business as both a service provider and coach, supporting hundreds of women through the exact same stage.

And what I’ve seen again and again is this:
